Neither Stationary and Fixed NPCs affect the frame of the RNG, while Wandering NPCs use the RNG to decide their movement. Fixed NPCs walk in a fixed pattern throughout their track, while Wandering NPCs walk randomly throughout their track.
Stationary are NPCs that stand still and do not move, while both Fixed and Wandering NPCs move throughout the overworld. NPCs come in three different types, Stationary, Fixed, and Wandering.
